Ethan Kohler

Ethan Kohler, born in May 2005 in California, is a professional soccer player for Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga and is currently on loan for SC Verl for the 2025/2026 season.

Previously, Ethan played for the Oakland Roots and the San Jose Earthquakes MLS Next Pro.

He completed high school at Laurel Springs in the summer of 2023 with a 4.0 GPA. Ethan previously committed to play soccer at Stanford University in the fall of 2023 before committing to the Oakland Roots as a professional player.
